Many have the ambition to become a leader, but few have the experience. At CoffeeCow you will not only get a theoretical education, but you will also get real-life experience with:
- Training volunteers
- Daily management
At every festival, we have a plan, and the infrastructure to make it happen. And at every festival, we somehow encounter all-new problems. One recurring one is the motivating and training of 30+ people every day. That’s why we have our superhero team – sorry, our managers.
As a manager, you will be the one to make sure everyone gets into the field on time and has a good day. You need to keep spirits up as well as sales numbers up, and you will be the point of contact for all volunteers.
At the same time, we have a complex organization, with countless elements, and whenever somethings misbehave (as they will), it’s up to you to find a solution and make sure it gets done. In time.

And of cause: looking back at All the Damage control/putting out random ocurring "fires" :b
To become a great manager, we expect that you:
- Think logically and fast
- Are calm under pressure
- Are friendly
- Can be firm, when needed
- Are dependable and take your job very seriously, even at Denmarks biggest festival
We don’t expect you to have management experience, but you are still very welcome if you do! We don’t discriminate. We don’t give a flying banana about gender, color, the origin of birth or how introverted you are. We only care about your ability to become a great manager! (I can’t believe we still have to clarify this, it ought to be obvious by now?)
Now, you may think that this is too much responsibility. And we won’t lie, it’s a big task. At the same time, it’s also an awesome opportunity for growth, learning, and experience. Both as a person and for your resumé! Over the years we have trained and formed several talented managers, and we are always looking for the next star. Is that you?
Do you think you are up for the job? Or that you may be up for it? Apply, and we’ll have a talk about it!
